01 / HOW I TEACH

How I teach

My yoga practice began in 2020 with Vinyasa and Ashtanga, studying with Lana M. Beex and Mercedes Parellada at The Breathing Space in Amsterdam. In 2023, I completed my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training there — a place that has deeply shaped both my own practice and the way I teach today.

My classes are rooted in Vinyasa, with inspiration from Ashtanga and moments of seated meditation. I guide the practice through breath and movement, with clear cues and hands-on adjustments when welcomed.

Everyone is welcome to practice with me, wherever they are in their yoga journey. Throughout the class, I offer different options and variations, giving you the space to explore more when it feels right, or soften when that is what your body needs.

For me, the practice isn’t about making everyone look the same.

It’s about creating space to listen, move with awareness, and find what feels right for you that day.

Practice doesn’t always ask us to do more.
Sometimes, it asks us to listen.
